Dental insurance should not be a barrier to sustained oral health and happiness, so we created the Community Savings Program to specifically break down that barrier. 

The Community Savings Program provides affordable dental care and maintenance at regular intervals. We want to make sure all patients are seen regularly to catch small problems before they become big problems. 

The Community Savings Program also provides significant discounts on all dental procedures. When combined with additional financing options, it allows for easier access and budgeting for larger dental procedures.

• $350 is paid up-front to join the program and is non-refundable.
• Benefit coverage available immediately.
• Payment for dental work is expected in-full at the time of services rendered.
• Program membership can be renewed annually by paying the $350 yearly fee.
• Additional immediate family members can join for a discounted $300 annual fee, non-refundable.
• Additional immediate family members include: spouse, non-married children under age 21.
• Dental cleanings INCLUDE fluoride treatment for children age 16 and under.
• Dental sealants for all ages are further discounted at $25 per sealant (regular office fee $40/sealant).
• Scaling and root planing (deep cleaning) is further discounted to $100 per quadrant (regular office fee $150/quad).
• Patients who have completed the Scaling and root planing procedure are placed on PERIODONTAL MAINTENANCE and will be seen every 3-4 months for exam and cleaning rather than every 6 months. These additional visits are discounted to $100/visit (regular office fee $150/visit).
• 1 tube of Fluoridex Toothpaste is included annually for patients age 7+ to maximize prevention and control of cavities.

• The annual fee must be paid in-full at the first visit of the year, and is non-refundable.
• Payment for dental work is expected in-full at the time of services rendered.
• Qualified dependents, or additional immediate family members, are defined as: husband/wife, non-married children under age 21.
• Any dental procedure in progress or performed before or after a member’s eligibility period is excluded.
• Benefits only effective for services rendered at Excellent Dentistry.
• If/when a referral is given, procedures performed by specialists are excluded.
• Any out-of-office expenses, such as prescriptions or hospital visits, are excluded.
• The Community Savings Program cannot be used with other dental insurance, or in association with benefits from another source.
• The Community Savings Program can be used with Cherry and CareCredit financing when full payment is financed.
• Membership may be terminated for abuse, fraud, or failure to pay annual fee or for dental services rendered.
