Jonathan Beckerman, DMD

Dr. Jonathan Beckerman originally joined Excellent Dentistry after graduating from the University of Illinois College of Dentistry in 2021. As the new owner since 2023, Dr. Beckerman is proud to continue the family practice and serve the population of Northern Illinois. Dr. Beckerman practices all aspects of dentistry with a particular interest in dental implants. He was a member of the University of Illinois at Chicago’s Enhanced Specialization Track for Oral Surgery, where he worked directly with oral surgery faculty and residents and honed his skills with dental extractions, bone grafting, and placement of dental implants. As a result, Dr. Beckerman was awarded the Chalmers J. Lyons Academy of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Award and the 2020 American College of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons William H. Bell Award.Dr. Beckerman lives in Wauconda with his wife and daughter. You’ll often find him doting on his daughter, but he can also be spotted skiing or at the local hockey rink.
